Emergency Management & Business ContinuityOver the past 10 years, Dr. Sanchez has developed, implemented, and coordinated emergency management programs in local government, higher education, and financial services both in Florida and Texas. During this time, he has worked in two large metropolitan Emergency Operations Centers serving in various response capacities, to include community outreach coordination, public health preparedness, human services, evacuation shelter coordination, emergency planning, development of mitigation strategies, and recovery operations among other community preparedness programs. Dr. Sanchez has also led two university Emergency Operations Centers to manage campus hazards, implement leadership decisions, and support campus operations before, during, and after emergencies or disruptions.
